(SSR) Our IELTS Speaking Corpus

Twenty-four sets of spoken data from different proficiency levels are involved in this IELTS speaking corpus. Of the 24 sets of data, 3 are collected from Chinese learners who achieved Band 5.5 for Speaking (1 set for each part) and 21 are retrieved from IELTS official websites: 4 sets for Part 1 (2 band 5.5, 1 band 6, and 1 band 7.5), 5 sets for Part 2 (1 band 5, 1 band 5.5, 1 band 6 and 2 band 6.5), and 12 sets Part 3 (1 band 5, 1 band 6, 1 band 6.5, 3 band 7, 1 band 7.5, 3 band 8, 1 band 8.5 and 1 band 9). Based on the official criteria, key indicators of each sub-skill are examined and measured in our spoken corpus.
