The individual who… are overcame depression is, in my university, is my best friend Lucy. We are currently studying in the same undergraduate, uh, in the same undergraduate education. And we have been deskmates for over three years. So, we have many, we have had many chances to talk with each other and she shared this unusual experience with me. Um… After, uh, her, her personal, her personal school life, uh, fail into deser, fail into disarray after her best friend transformed to another school because of China’s Gaokao policy. And this is a, this is a best way to, to, uh, quiet the lot damage in her head. And, uh, in the {cough}, uh, and in the… and at last, she ha, uh, she came up with another good idea. She bought a mini notebook and marked down everything pleasant happened in her life and would, would check it several times through the day to remind her, remind her that, uh, life is a, life is a happy journey and she need to, uh, try her best to go through, uh, everyday.

Um… At that time, uh, it’s hardly convince, convetbale for me, to me to, uh, be that she, she suffer from this kind of depression because, uh, you k, she was optimistic, uh, towards everyone. So, at that time I realized perhaps everyone is, uh, suffer something other people they didn’t realize, la, such as depression. You, uh, depression is, um, she j, uh, she just can’t struggle, uh, it, with it silently because no one notice that. Yep, we need to pay more attention to the people around us.
