Far as I can see, mindfulness is the moment, by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, um, bodies and visions and surrounding environment.

Uh… There is no doubt that keeping mindful, uh, helps me be truly present, and more productive and less stress in the, uh, in life, uh, especially, uh, we are now maybe in such a fast-paced socialty. Um… There are a lot of, uh, ways that I have done, um, to improve my mindfulness. En, I still remember the experience when I had to address the speech in front of my classmates, um, when I was in college. Um… I was so nervous, you know, that I then have trembling before I appeared on the stage. En… I worrying about, I worry that I might, uh, forgot what I should say and, uh, can’t, couldn’t stop imaging, uh, if, how, how ba, how embarrassed I would be if I couldn’t say a word.

Um… But fortunately, I minded a easy way, uh, that I easy to know, uh, to help me out, you know, focus, I mean, uh, just focus on my breathing. Uh, it’s the kind way that breath is the, let the breath slowly, the breath in slowly from the nose and breath out slowly from the mouth. En… It has a number of benefits, uh, to keep mindful, uh, including relaxing my muscles and heartbeat and decreasing my blood pressure. Uh… So, this kind of deep breathing, uh, help me calm down and concen, concentrate on my, uh, speech without distractions. Em… You know, without, without surprises, I had good performance, uh, in that pre, presentation. This has proved to be a very effective way for me every time when I, uh, can’t keep mindful.

En… In addition, nowadays there are so many temptations that we lose out mindfulness. So, making myself comfortable, uh, can also improve this situation whenever I need to work on a complexed, uh, task. I would find a quiet place, uh, such as the library, uh, and turn off my phone, en, even pour a cup of mil, ho, cup of hot milk. In this relaxing and, and disturbed, uh, circumstance, I can easily full, pay my full attention to, uh, my work and run it off.

And last but not least, although some approaches is effective immediately, I still think it’s a long-term process to improve my mindfulness. Um… I have made a lot of, uh, affects on it. For example, uh, I force myself to, uh, have good habitats of life. Hum… For exam, I sleep early and got up early, um, so that I can be full of energy in the daytime. Besides, I ate, I ate healthily and regularly to obtain adequate nutrition and also went to gyms three times a week. En, one of those things that I do, uh, is to, are to keep my, are to keep my body in good state and let my mind a lot wonder around easily. So, uh, above all, uh, by using these methods into my daily life, and more focused and productive and feel active during the workday.
