Uh… OK, uh. Let’s uh, talk about a time uh, deal with the pressures. And first, I will uh, introduce what time uh, I will give some stress.
The first, uh, if I have some big fu, future, uh, future in school or, uh, or my life suffer a loss, I often have stress. And always in this time, I will do some uh, relaxing things or, uh, to forgot, forget my bad memories. And the first thing I will do is uh, watching some comedy movies. And uh, there uh, are three reason, reasons.
The first one is I can… uh, focus on this movie during um, uh, this period and also uh, some uh, most movies uh, have uh two hours and no one can disturb me. And uh, the second reason uh, is the uh, most comedy uh, movies uh, often ha, uh, often have some big life reasons and that can impact me and give some positive energy and to make me face uh, the real-life problems. And the second reason is uh, I’m a sensitive person and I always uh, takes a pathetics of actors uh, when I watch a movie. And so I can give some different emotions uh, uh, in this time and uh, such as laughing or crying and that can help me to release my stress.
And the second, uh, second thing I will do is uh, listen to music uh, uh, before I going to bed because uh, every day uh, in the evening is the most tiring time of the day and that I need to relax and release uh, the pressures of the one day and uh, because uh, also I am a poor sleeper and listen to music all, all the time also uh, help me to clams down and have uh s uh to think about uh, something uh, tomorrow and also can make me help uh, sleep faster and improve my uh, sleep qualities. And uh, or, based on this, I think it’s, this is way to find an appropriate time to release uh, the pressure uh, in my life because uh, pressure will usually affect some uh, behaviors and or your mood to do something. Uh… if you don’t get it right and it can leave some bad uh, results, such as some mental illness. So, you have to find the right way to release your stress.
And also uh, uh, you can… uh uh talk to your friends and also you can like me, just see some movies or s, uh listen music, it’s all the good ways to uh, release your press. Uh… So, uh, I think uh, uh, this part of uh, mo, modern social, socialty is very important.
Uh… Uh… The time I feel uh, very stress uh, is that uh, I get some uh, uh, um, bad results in my study uh, uh, re, uh, or errors, or some in my life, uh, I do some um, bad things. Uh… I often uh, feel very stressful. Uh… Uh Maybe I need to do some presentation in many, uh, or uh, in, uh, in a public uh, situation and uh, many people will see me and so it can maybe uh, uh, stressful and um, have some uh, uh, pressures. Uh… Um… Maybe uh… uh, a, a, after go to, uh, after the final exam, I will do some, uh, uh, I will do some, uh, uh, I need, I, I need to uh, uh, uh read more books for my final uh, papers and finding the materials to uh, finish these. So that maybe be more uh, stress, and in that time I always uh, need s, uh, time to uh, release it.
