Nowadays, people are more likely to be suffer from anxiety symptoms. For instance, test anxiety, performance anxiety and also social anxiety.
Um, I used to have this problem and the life was seriously affected. So, I had to turn to doctor for help. And my doctor, uh, and apart from, uh, following the instructions and taking the pills, uh, my doctor also give me several tips.
