To be more precise, it is a productive, oral skill considering its direction and modality.\u00a0 Florez defined speaking as \"an interactive process of constructing meaning that involves producing and receiving and processing information\u201d and thought of it as \"often spontaneous, open-ended, and evolving\" (1999, p. 1).
